What is airline ticketing?
In airline ticketing course, you learn about the method of booking and reserving tickets for scheduled flights through the modules. It also includes the knack of guiding the customer in planning their itinerary and making other necessary arrangements for the travel.
Who can do this course?
You can opt for a degree, diploma or even a certificate program. The eligibility criterion is minimum 10th standard. The time span for these courses generally ranges from 2 or 6 months to duration of 1 year.
What are the skills required?
You need to have excellent communication skills, pleasing personality, decision making skills, time management etc.
What are the career prospects?
You can work in booking and confirming reservation for passengers on scheduling flights, helping the customers in chalking out their travel schedule and so on.
