Brindavan College of Engineering

The MCA is a 3 years programme which is divided into six semesters with 6 months dedicated to live project in industry. The programme will introduce students to the fundamentals of computers to the most advanced subjects in the field of computer applications. Students will develop industry-centered projects in each of the semesters beginning from third semester onwards. In the final semester, students are required to carried out a a full-fledged live project in an industrial organization of their choice.

Admission Criteria :

Eligibility: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% of marks with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Programming / Computer Applications / Business Mathematics / Business Statistics as one of the optionals or electives.
Provided further that in respect of candidate who has studied and passed one of the subjects specified in the first proviso in the PUC/10+2 with 50% of marks in that subject shall also be considered for admission. However in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST&Cat-I, 45% of Marks in that subject shall be considered for admission.

Admission Procedure: Admission to the programme is based on the Post-Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) and Direct Admissions by Management. At the time of admission students should have to produce the ranks obtained in any one of the National LevelTest/State LevelTest/PGCET/K-MATscore certificate.
