The objective of this fast track part time programme is to develop competency among practitioners of organized retailing and to enable them to effectively execute leadership in store management operations and other retail brand building initiatives.

This programme will help in developing quality manpower to manage the whole retail value chain from procurement to sourcing, sourcing to standardization and packaging, and from packaging to store display and visual merchandising leading to ultimate customer satisfaction. Besides the retail professionals even those who are working in some other industry and want to switch to retail will also be immensely benefited by this programme.

Admission Criteria :

Eligibility: Minimum eligibility criteria is an undergraduate degree (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with 50% marks, and 1 year’s work experience in the organised Retail sector, OR 2 years’ work experience at any company.
