Aligarh Institute of Para-Medical Sciences is governed by All India Rehabilitation and Educational Society and affiliated to U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow and recognized by Govt. Of Uttar Pradesh.

The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. The institute provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The college has a state-of-art computer laboratory equipped with 60 P-IV nodes on LAN system with free internet access through 512 Kbps broadband facility.
