Description

George Group of Colleges offer job-oriented courses located in various locations across Kolkata.


The campus has a modern infrastructure. The faculty is well qualified and act as mentor students.


George College provides courses in Management Studies, Health & Allied Services, Information Technology as well as Media & Communication. The campus at Maheshtala offers full-time courses at a Bachelor’s degree level.


Courses are full time and students are required to study six days a week. The exams are conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) every semester (six months).  


The library, known as an Information Centre, has over 7000 books and over 50 journals across India and overseas. Students can also access newspapers across the country here.


Computer labs at George Group of Colleges have high-end machines. Students gain experience in management-oriented software.


The George Telegraph Group has an active placement cell which has a client list of over 130 organisations.


George Group of Colleges is like an extended family. The institute believes in pushing students to reach their potential through academics as well as through sports, cultural and other activities.
