Description

Doaba College of Education is a part of Doaba Group. College is affiliated to Punjabi University. The college offers Bachelor of Education course. The college offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management. Each hostel operates its own mess providing hygienic and nutritious three meals a day, as a part of the hostel fee, with a varied menu that caters to a range of taste buds. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light.

All labs are well equipped with latest equipments. The highly distributed computing environment at DGC uses cutting edge computer simulation for both industry and academia. All the classrooms of the college is well furnished with all modern facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Doaba College of Education in its various departments.

The library houses a collection of text and reference books, journals, magazines, audio/videos, CD-ROMs, research reports, online databases and data analysis softwares. It has a collection of books & Journals in all areas and branches required for all departments. Besides this, each School has its own library with a good collection of subject-specific books. Students with the help of state -of-the-art library search engine can locate any book in the library sitting at home and can also request for the hold of a particular book.
