IIT Madras: Bio Fest 2012

IIT Madras is organizing Biofest 2012. The fest is being organized by Department of Biotechnology with the aim of promoting research and innovation in the diverse areas of Biosciences and Bioengineering.

Biofest is an ideal platform for industry-academia and industry-student nexus.

Various other events have been lined up which include Biodocks, Biorobotics, FoldIt, Forensics, GD Challenge, IgNobel, Streax, Open Quiz, Online quiz.

With diverse range of events, workshops, and lectures, the festival aims at involving engineers, scientist, young entrepreneurs, future policy makers and even international students.

The prelims of the open quiz will be held at 4pm on 31st March
