Delhi University admissions 2012: Third cut-off list announced

Delhi University announced its third cut-off list on July 2. Students can check the list HERE

The seats in premier colleges like Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Hindu and Ramjas had already declared that seats were full after the declaration of the first cut-off list.

The seats of B.Com honours are almost full. About 2 lakh students applied for admissions in Delhi University affiliated colleges.

Aditi Mahavidyalaya college has announced 80 to 85 per cent for admission to B Com (hons) course.

Satyawati (evening) college has declared 82 per cent for admission to the economics course.

Last year the cut-off list was announced as 100% while this year the cut-off announced by SRCC was 99.25.

The faculty of various colleges are of the opinion that to remove disparities between the marking of state board and boards like CBSE and ICSE the there should be an entrance exam or their marks should be normalised.
