IIM Kozhikode plans to set up campus at Kochi

IIM Kozhikode plans to set up a satellite campus at Kochi. It will focus on executive management education.
Kochi campus will offer a one-year executive MBA program and a two-year part-time program in management. It will also offer various short duration Management Development Programs.
The satellite campus will be initially housed within the Infopark. By positioning its satellite campus in Kochi, IIM Kozhikode will support the growth and development of business and industry in the region.
Along with executive training programs, the satellite campus is planning to develop a finishing school to offer specialized programmes for people belonging to the marginalized sections of the society. This will, however, be undertaken after a full-fledged campus is set up at Kochi.
The initial satellite campus facility inside Infopark is expected to begin by October 2012. IIM Kozhikode expects to complete the full campus at Kochi within next three years.
