IIM-Shillong to participate at UN Earth Summit at Rio

Indian Institute of Management IIM, Shillong will participate at the UN Earth Summit at Rio. IIM has received the official invitation for the summit.
The summit will begin on June 12 at Rio de Janerio.
Prof Sanjeeb Kakoty is the only academic from India who had been selected to be part of the group that has drafted the report on Management Education, said official sources.
IIM Shillong has also contributed to the Indian section of the film on Voices from different parts of the world, which will be screened at the inaugural session.
The UN Earth Summit will adopt the '50+20 report on Management Education in the World'.
UN Earth Summit is a joint project between World Business School Council of Sustainable Business (WBSCSB), the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI) and the Principles of Responsible Management Education.
