IIT-B: Students launch music station

Music lovers of various genres can rejoice as there is a new online radio station to tune in. Students of the prestigious engineering institute Indian Institute of Technology have launched a radio station Be the Change. One of the founders of the radio station is Kaustub Pandey.
The internet based radio station aims to make music lovers aware about new sounds and showcase unknown bands.
The radio station Be the Change was launched by two ex- students of the institute.

A database of songs from various genres which include fusion to rock
250 Indian bands
There are about 700 visitors every day.
IIT-B recently came up with an initiative E-Yantra which aims at improving the quality of robotics and embedded systems engineering.
E-Yantra has conducted over 50 workshops across India and has also trained over 1500 students and faculty members in the country.
