Karnataka CET 2012 toppers make a mark

Chandana Acharya bagged the second rank in The Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy (ISMH). She stood fourth in medicine in the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2012.
Chandana attributed her success to her coaching which was excellent and helped her crack the exam. She did her college from Little Rock Indian School. Chandana’s parents are doctors.
LM Veeresh, studying at the Expert PU Science College in Mangalore city, has bagged the third rank in the medical CET and came seventh in ISMH.
Veeresh is from Gokak in Belgaum district. Veeresh has cleared the first round of the selection process at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune. Veeresh’s father is a veterinarian and his mother is a housewife. Veeresh lists National Geographic as his favourite channel.
Other students who made a mark include Karthikeya, a student of Poornaprajna PU College by getting the fifth rank in engineering and HP Vasudha Maiya.
