NEET- PG 2013: Supreme Court may postpone case to March 6

NEET PG case was listed as item no. 4 on the Supreme Court's final cause list on March 5, 2013.

The case took place in Court no. 1 (Chief Justice’s court).

Discussions started at 11.28 am and there are expectations that it may be over.

Mr KKV will continue the proceeding of the court on March 5 on behalf of Meenakshi University.

The last hearing for the NEET-PG case was on February 28.

Mr Ajay completed his arguements on behalf of SRMC while Mr L N Rao completed his arguments on behalf of Tamil Nadu on February 28.

It was followed by Mr P P Rao on behalf of Andhra Pradesh and case hearing for Andhra Pradesh was also completed on February 28.

NEET PG case was also listed as Item number 3 in the final cause list for February 28.
