Job Title: Charted Accountant
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Job Description:
Managing day-to-day cash flow & highlighting any potential shortfalls
Ensuring clearance of reconciliation exceptions time to time
Liaise with all banks for banking related issues
Participate in adhoc projects
Assisting in internal and external audits
Ascertain accounting needs and maintain solutions to financial and business problems
Advise management about resource utilization issues and tax strategies
Develop, implement and modify accounting and recordkeeping systems
Keep tab of foreign exchange movements
Consolidation of subsidiaries & preparation of overseas subsidiary Financials according to respective local GAAP
Assisting the Company’s preparation of an IPO
Analyze and prepare P&L for various LOB on monthly basis
Preparing periodic MIS reports
Supervising reconciliations for high volume transactions
Compute taxes owed & prepare tax returns
Analyze, prepare and examine financial statements, accounting records and other financial reports for accuracy and conformance to reporting & procedural standards
Qualification: CA from reputed institute
