NEET-PG 2013: Results may come too late for private medical college admissions

Many private medical colleges have stated that they will not be able to accept NEET-PG results for admissions.

Admissions for private medical entrance exam tests may be declared today.

A lot of of private medical colleges were opposed to the introduction of a single medical entrance test.

The Supreme Court in its verdict on May 13 had stated that there would be no single entrance exam for medicine.

NEET-PG results are expected to be declared in July.

It is expected that the private medical entrance test results will be declared today. The Association of Managements of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges (AMUPMDC) will release results to commence the admission process.

There are, however, colleges that will admit students based on NEET scores. These include:

- S K Somaiya Institute of Medical Research
- Kashibai Navle Medical College (Ambegaon)
- Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research (Talegaon)
- Maharashtra Institute of Medical Science and Research (Latur)

I think government should tell to states that they will take their individual enterence exams from next year or fronm this year because session is already late and every student will have 2 or more chances to get selected. kyuki agar kisi ka ek din luck achha nhi tha allindia ka exam bigar bhi jaye to wo state pe to ummid kar skta h, so bhaiyon awaj buland karo and boycott this neet
