NEET PG 2013: Supreme Court verdict expected in March

The NEET PG case (T.C.(C)No.98/2012) has been postponed to February 20, leading to speculation that the Supreme Court would not release a verdict until March.

It is expected that the Supreme Court will take around three weeks to reach a verdict after hearing all the arguments.

The NEET PG case was listed as item number 8 on February 19, but was not discussed. It was expected that the case would go until 4 pm on Febuary 19.

It was learnt that the NEET PG case has been listed for item number 4 on February 20, 2013.  It is expected that the case will be heard before 4 pm. The last hearing was on February 14.

A verdict can only be reached once the Supreme Court releases a final cause list.

Counselling for NEET PG is also supposed to start from February 20. The situation has led to a lot of distress among students.

The Supreme Court has mastered in delaying this simple judgement. The best part is that we have got bunch of jack asses sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Well, in our country people are always eagerly waiting for two things.....Public holidays and Shortcuts. Its a pity that the supreme most court house of our country is packed with people who are least interested in working and doing their duty. The best part is that whether you abuse them or do anything which we can think of in order to make these people work won't have any effect... at least on the government officials of our country.Sometimes i wonder how structure-less and disorganized...and not to forget how corrupt our system is?Considering a realistic point of view...it is better not to think about this as there is no end to the above listed qualities of our government.Probably,it will take ages for them to do their own work.

Advocates are fighting for the institutions who earn crores from Students , but no body is serious to fight for the poor students who are actually suffering for unmindfull actions of the Government. Judiciary is also appears to be non serious on the issue of fundamental rights of the students who should have been the only persons to have a choice to decide about his course of activities. Thousands of students are suffering but our advocates are fighting for the non issues.

It raises a question....... whether the concerned authorities are really interested to resolve this issue for so many anxious applicants?
