UGC NET 2013: Application date extended till November 4

University Grants Commission (UGC) has extended the date of applying for the National Eligibility Test December 2013 (UGC NET December 2013).

Eligible candidates can now apply online till November 4, 2013.

The last date for the application for UGC NET 2013 earlier was October 30, 2013. The exam will be held on December 29, 2013.

The National Eligibility Test (NET) is the national level entrance examination for postgraduate candidates who wish to qualify for university level teaching jobs and/or admission to PhD research programmes.

The test is conducted for over 90 different disciplines. For the science and engineering disciplines, it is jointly conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and University Grants Commission (CSIR-UGC NET). For the rest of the disciplines it is administered by the University Grants Commission (UGC NET).


New Dates for Applying for UGC NET December 2013:

Last date for Applying Online  November 04, 2013
Generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee  November 04, 2013
Last date of submission of Fee  November 07, 2013
Last date of taking printout of Application Form, Attendance Slip and Admit Card from UGC website  November 10, 2013
Last date for receiving the printout of online Application Form and Attendance Slip at the center choose by candidates  November 14, 2013
UGC NET 2013 Exam    December 29, 2013.
