You can opt for B Sc in Maths on the basis of your 12th science marks. There are very good institutes specialized in maths like:
-Indian Statistical Institute
-Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI)
-Indian Institute of Science (IISC)
-Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) (all branches)
