Following is the list of some of the good colleges:

-National Institute of Technology (NIT) (all branches)

-Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (U.P.)

-International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad

You need to check with the respective institute whether 12th standard marks are considered important.
