I think you are looking for lateral entry admission in engineering i.e. 2nd year of B.Tech. There are different IIt's and NIT's those are gud like:IIIT Hyderabad,NIT Warangal etc.I am an Engineering passout from LPU. You can apply their also. LPU offers good scholarship and i may be biased (because its my almamater) but i recommend it you. For details you can visit university website.
