I'm a BCA graduate. I have passed 10+2 from Art stream without maths. I'm good at programing and technology but I'm having a problem in getting a job in IT field as I dint have maths at 10+2 level. What should I do to overcome this problem. Please guide.

I guess what is more important is the skill set and knowledge that you have gained in the field of programing and information technology. Because that is what will help you in doing the job successfully. Many premier MNCs and IT companies expect good academic records and stringent eligibility criteria, but at the same time, there are many firms which are not very stringent about academic records but value practical knowledge and work experience more. You just need to be a little more patient and can continue searching for more job opportunities in such firms and IT companies.
