there is no difference between a degree n diploma...in foreign universities qualification certification is given as diploma....moreover PGDBA is preferred by people in job because of its level and time duration whereas MBA is preferred by regular students after garduation but not in a job generally....

It doesn't matter if it's MBA or PGDBA as different institutes have different names for the degree but in totality its the same & as long as you have garnished the knowledge that you require to work it really doesn't matter.

I feel MBA is better because finally its a degree and not diploma.

MBA is a degree while PGDA is a diploma. But it also depends upon the institute you do the course and the placement you get it.
