You can try for Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at IIM's. It's equivalent to PhD degree. They have their own entrance exam test called as Research Aptitude Test (RAT) or on the basis of Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Common Admission Test (CAT). The minimum criteria is B.E. with 50% or post graduation with 55%. Good luck!!

The eligibility criteria for PhD is Master degree with minimum 55% marks. You can look for following colleges:

-Karunya School of Management, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

-A.M.Jain College, Chennai

-Bharathiar University,Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

-Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu

-Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode
