Thank you for posting it again. Both the courses are good. The scope is only when you complete Masters degree in pharmacy or biotechnology. After completing pharmacy you can work in various pharmaceutical companies, chemists, compo under in a clinic etc. Biotechnologist also work in pharmaceutical companies, research, chemical industry etc. You can also do MBA in pharmacy and biotechnology after bachelor degree. It has good scope in abroad as compared to India. I would like to suggest you to complete your bachelors in India and go for Masters in U.S. or Canada. You need any further help let me know.
