What is the provision for students who appeared in 2012 IIT-JEE but could not crack it and got the rank in state board top-20? Will they be elligible for next year main exam according to new exam pattern of IIT?

The basic criteria to appear the exam remains the same i.e. 10+2 in science stream with minimum 60% marks. Good luck!!
